Kāmahi Yoga has regular classes available on Mondays but we also offer kanohi ki te kanohi/ face to face one on ones for those who want to dive a little deeper into a practice that works for them and the holistic practice of all 8 limbs of Yoga
Monday/Manei – 6:30pm *
Classes held at the Old School Building – property shared with St Andrew’s Anglican Church, Excelsior Road
Includes all mats and props.
